Working with horses through our equine-assisted learning (EAL) programme offers a fresh new way to get employees working together towards a common aim.
Our team-building days bring together small teams of colleagues to promote skills development, shared vision, co-operative working, mutual encouragement and intrinsic team rewards.
Under the guidance and supervision of our experts, and working with our horses, teams work together to achieve set goals before debriefing on what happened: what worked, what didn’t, and what was learned.
Being in proximity to horses in the open air, at our beautiful centre in County Durham, offers a refreshing change from classroom- or office-based learning. This means it can be much more motivational, memorable and effective, thus delivering much greater value for the employer.
And since every group is unique, and the way the horses respond to them equally unique, the result is a totally bespoke, team-led experience. Discover more about how EAL works.
