Setting vision & direction
It has long been recognised that taking people out of the workplace temporarily can free their minds and enable them to think more independently and creatively — especially when it comes to planning and setting direction.
Using our equine-assisted learning (EAL) techniques, we can help businesses, public-sector organisations and voluntary agencies to step back, think creatively, and plan for the future.
This may be helpful for teams of co-workers or senior leaders. We also offer sessions for individuals, which may be appropriate for project leaders, strategists or chief executives.
Working with horses is a largely non-verbal process. This strips away our usual method for business communication and asks us to approach the world in a new way. It leaves us with more space to think creatively.
Being around horses also helps to leave behind the humdrum and consider new goals and methodologies; to consider where courage and pragmatic risk-taking, carefully balanced with care and responsibility, could lead. Discover more about EAL.
